Description: Rehabilitation of roads at Ernguul Park, BPS Building, PCC Parking, and parking area at Council of Chiefs and OEK Satellite Office -3.

The summary of work will be rehabilitation of access road to Ernguul Park area, BPS Building and PCC parking yard, and parking yards of the Council of Chiefs Office and OEK Satellite Office.
The specific works include:

Saw cutting and stripping of damaged asphalt, excavation and disposal of damaged basecourse and sub-base, and backfilling and compaction.
Excavation to sub-grade level for the new pavement and disposal of excavated soil.
Laying and compaction of basecourse.
Application of prime coat & tact coat.
Overlaying 2” or 3” hot mix asphalt surface over the basecourse as may be case.
Construction of drain.
Construction of concrete gutters.
