Description: The purpose of the project is to strengthen security and justice sector institutions to more effectively and efficiently investigate, prosecute and adjudicate crime in order to reduce corruption and impunity in Guatemala.

The contractor must work towards the following four objectives:

Objective 1: Improve the Public Ministry's ability to adequately investigate and prosecute criminal cases.

Objective 2: Improve effectiveness and coordination of the justice system.

Objective 3: Increase transparency to improve effectiveness and legitimacy of the justice system.

Objective 4: Support Judicial reform and oversight to strengthen rule of law.
