Description: End-user support services for the Digital Workplace related to the IT service management for the integrated and consolidated IT desktop enviromnent of the European Commission and the Executive Agencies. 
The management of IT equipment is divided into three categories: logistics on IT equipment, stock management, inventory management. The service elements related to each of these categories are those identified at the time of writing the tendering specifications. When ordering new services during the course of the framework contract, in order to fulfil the needs of the contracting authority, the service elements can be combined differently and independently of the group to which they are allocated hereunder. The main objective, the typical actions to perform and the way they are currently implemented are detailed below for each of the service elements described in this chapter. They are all to be performed in the sites of Brussels and Luxembourg.
