The global objective of this Call for Proposals is: supporting actions which seek to strengthen the role of Georgian civil society in promoting human rights and democratic reform, in the pursuit of common agendas for human rights and democratic reform, building towards consensus on disputed or controversial areas of policy, enhancing political representation and participation, enhancing the inclusiveness and pluralism of civil society.

The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is: to strengthening the role of civil society in promoting human rights and democratic reform, in supporting the peaceful conciliation of group interests and in consolidating political participation and representation.
