Description of Requirement: Site Improvement Through Monitoring System (SIMS): Site Assessment

The Sims contractor will support the Usaid PEPFAR team to meet PEPFAR Sims requirements by improving the timeliness and completeness of the data collected.

SIMS is a quality assessment and quality improvement framework for HIV services funded through PEPFAR by assessing individual sites where programs are implemented.
