Provision of vibration monitoring tests and related services

Description: Provision of vibration monitoring tests and related services. The study will be split into a number of tasks, each one focusing on a separate SG application, with the possibility for IAEA to reprioritize those at any moment. During each task the Contractor will be considerably dependent on regular IAEA guidance: the IAEA may need to setup several milestones to control the task progress and may also update the task scope following intermediate results review. For each task the Contractor will conduct a separate analysis covering inter alia:

1. description of suitable vibration monitoring technique(s);
2. market research, identifying commercial-off-the-shelf and mature prototype Systems;
3. comparison of their operating principles and identification of the most adapted System(s);
4. evaluation of the parameters impacting (positively and negatively) the System performance;
5. demonstration of feasibility and assessment of limitations of the technique (through simulations and/or proof of concept tests when applicable);
6. Contextual Usage Scenarios (CUS) describing how the System(s) shall be operated; and
7. requirements and specifications sufficiently detailed to allow the IAEA to successfully procure and deploy such System(s).
