Contract description: The objective of the surveys is to facilitate independent validation and monitoring of the selected outputs under the COVID-19 Active Response and Expenditure Support (CARES) Program for Pakistan. The survey will cover three groups as follows: Group 1 comprises of 7.5 million new families added to the BISP list and included in Categories II and III of BISP database. Group 2 comprises of 1.3 million daily wagers as included in the Category IV of BISP database titled “Ehsaas Labour Portal”. Group 3 comprises of female entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises as recipients of loans under the “Kamyab Jawan Program”.
