The Final Evaluation of the Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme (PSUP) in ACP countries is expected to achieve the following specific objectives:

· Overall independent assessment about the performance of the programme, paying particular attention to the impact of the programme actions against its objectives.

· To identify key lessons and to propose practical recommendations for follow-up actions.
