Description
The overall aim of the consultants was to gain a better understanding of the ways and means through which the programme was improved to achieve its intended objectives. The evaluation study responded to the requirements of the last phase of the project cycle. The consultants were required to use their professional judgement and experience to review all relevant factors and to bring these to the attention of the African Union Commission and European Commission.
