Description

Assessment of the capacity of the Prime Minister’s Office, Local Government Reform Programme (PMO-RALG), to implement the Government of Tanzania’s decentralisation by devolution policy. In particular, our consultants examined the existing capacity of the PMO-RALG and the Regional Secretariats and reported to the government on steps to be taken to progress the decentralisation process. Project was funded by the World Bank.
