Detailed description of project

The overall objective of the programme is to improve the system of professional education according to the needs of local enterprises and within the national strategy to increase economic development.

The objectives of the mid-term evaluation are:

- The elaboration of indicators and parameters to evaluate the impact of the project on the competitiveness of enterprises and on activities concerning educative counselling to enterprises;
- The evaluation of the efficiency of completed and forthcoming activities within the project and their coherence with the initial objectives, as well as their impact on the competitiveness of Moroccan enterprises;
- To guarantee the project's complementarity with the overall external support to the national programme for the development of professional education, as well as the acknowledgement of perspectives for optimal complementarity.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Proman provides the services of following experts:

- 1 Team leader, specialist in technical and professional education;
- 1 Teaching specialist in technical and professional education and in the formulation of impact parameters;
- 1 Local expert, specialist in counselling and training of Moroccan enterprises.

Proman HQ is responsible for overall backstopping and quality control.
