Description
The main objective of the project was to contribute to the decentralisation process in Albania. It consisted of two specific objectives, namely:
- Providing the communes of Maqellare and Shupenza with a new drinking water conveyance network and a new water management structure and providing the town of Maqellare with a new sanitation system;
- Helping the commune of Luzni to identify and establish ‘water and sanitation’ project priorities by means of a participatory approach.
The main objective of the mission was to carry out an intermediate evaluation of the project on behalf of Lux Development.
