Development of Tender and Attestation Questionnaires (Tests), Question Cards and Manuals for all the Relevant Bodies of RA Civil Service Council and Civil Service System

Review and evaluation of the present civil service system;
Conducting interviews with civil servants;
Examination and review of the currently used tests and questions of question cards for tender and attestation testing and interviewing phases and gap analysis;
Identification and development of key responsibilities and related skills/competencies for each job layer and job position;
Survey and assessment of international civil/public service experience on performance appraisal;
Development and conduction of training for HRM;
Job analysis to identify key duties, skills and competencies required for specific job layer and job position;
Implementation of case studies;
Development of a package of recommendations based on the studies, analyses and of the test implementation held;
Formulation of legislative proposals on possible amendment;
Reviewing the civil service law in the RA.
