Technical Assistance to Reinforce Governance in Environmental Tasks Project (TARGET) Design and Implementation of a Quality Management System at Ministry of Environment

- Assessing present operational conditions of The MOE;
- Reviewing all current quality, production, management and reporting practices;
- Assisting the Ministry of Environment in mapping processes and writing-up procedures;
- Training management, employees and the quality management representative on ISO 9001 standards,
- Developing and implementing a Quality System compliant with ISO 9001;
- Training and preparing management & staff of the MOE in order to be certified;
- Ensuring that the procedures are properly applied in order to obtain ISO 9001 certification.
- Provide Support in Selecting an accredited. Certification Body & Follow Up during Certification
