SIPU International carried out an assessment of development effectiveness and relevance of Danish CTF’s (Consultancy Trust Funds) in relation to the main groups of stakeholders developing countries, the donor, the trustees, and Danish consultancy companies. The assignment also entailed to recommend ways and means of enhancing the development impact and private sector relevance of the Danish CTF through adjustments in the targeting as well as in the operative and organisational aspects of the CTF administration.
