Changzhi Sustainable Urban Transport Project

 Contract (No.:CZZX301) of Project Management Consulting Service under World Bank Financed- Changzhi Sustainable Urban Tran sport Project.

This contract duration is proposed from Nov. 2012 to Dec. 2016, The selected consulting firm shall participate in overall project management through assisting the client in well implementing the project according to regulations and requirements prescribed by the People's Republic of China,  Provincial Government of Shanxi and Municipal Government of Changzhi as well as the bank.Services that shall be provided by the selected consulting firm are:

1) General supervision of the project;
2) Design consulting and construction drawing review;
3) Preparation of technical part of the bidding documents, and overall evaluation of bidding documents;
4) Engineering project management for the client;
5) Financial and disbursement management;
6) Institutional capacity improvement;
7) Provision of training;
8) English Translation support;
9) Assisting the client in communication and coordination with the designer, construction contractors and other consultants engaged by the client;
10) Road safety auditing;
11) Other services stated in the report.
12)Public participation.
