Description
Analysis of the existing logistics procedures at the MoH as well as in the Districts East Lima, Luciano Castillo, Loreto and Huaraz. Workshops were organised with the responsible persons of the health institutions, which reinforced the study. Alternative solutions were considered and proposals were defined with regard to the legal framework, new logistics system and management models as well as actions plans for different levels of MoH structure and for different phases; general guidelines were elaborated and proposed.
