Short description: The general aim of the contract is the preparation of the RIMS site in Saint Pierre and Miquelon for EGNOS V3 system deployment and subsequent operations and maintenance.

The contract is structured as a conditional stage payment contract covering 3 stages of the procurement:

  • Stage 1: Hosting site preparation: preparation of the site to meet the expected level of compliance with the V3 SIRD until the Infrastructure Acceptance Reviews (IAR1 and IAR2);
  • Stage 2: Preliminary hosting service provision stage: support to V3 industry prime for EGNOS V3 RIMS deployment activities;
  • Stage 3: Initial hosting service provision stage: initial hosting and maintenance of the EGNOS V3 RIMS.
