Description

Specific objective : to review, finalise and provide a full and coherent set of documents to enable the start of operations of the SADC PPDF in particular through the Development Bank of Southern Africa.
1) Undertake a compliance assessment limited to PPDF documents in relation to SADC and EU rules and procedures.
2) Carry out a gap assessment to identify missing guidelines or documents
3) Review and finalise the existing draft documents
4) To create the operational documents for the PPDF.
