Within the scope of the project Ameria was primarily responsible for the development of business plan for the acquisition of new buses, which would replace the minibuses, widely used by the Company on Yerevan urban public transportation routes. The project included assessment of the local public transportation field, technical overview of buses, assessment of the necessary human resources, estimation of investment requirements and detailed financial projections.
