Description

Within the framework of this project Ameria was contracted to conduct thorough assessment of the state and potential of the Armenian engineering labor force. In particular, within the study the current size and capabilities of the professionally active engineering workforce were determined. Additionally the study provided information on the number of engineers employed, their positions, areas of responsibility and specialization along with the ranges of their respective salary rates. Moreover, the assessment of the number of engineers working in other professions who still have engineering skills that could be brought up to date with relatively short-term training or refresher courses was conducted.

Client: USAID, CAPS.
