Description

Within the scope of the project Ameria was contracted by the client for market review, assessment of demand in specific market segments and elaboration of comprehensive business plan for the expansion of catering and retail businesses of the company. The project was co-financed by EBRD BAS Armenia. The business plan specifically provided development scenarios for STAR Market and Plener / SFC. Based on the business plan Ameria has also elaborated loan application package for debt and equity financing of IFI’s and specifically the EBRD.
