Contract No.: WS-D-047-12. Description: Additional scope of work for the Resettlement Action Plan
(RAP) consultant.

Establishing a committee, comprising of the affected persons, the local authority, WASCO and the contractor to execute the RAP
implementation, Holding planning meetings with the contractor, PDNA, WASCO and relevant authorities to agree on RAP  implementation schedule against the contractor’s work plan, Oversee payment of compensation to PAPs, Ensuring that no construction takes place prior to clearance from WASCO following issuance of payment to PAPs or at the minimum signing of agreement between WASCO and the PAP indicating the amount due to PAP and date of issuance of such payment, Compiling information to all PAPs in respect of their status of compensation and capturing it into an existing MS access based database designed by the RAP consultant, and In collaboration with WASCO, establish hard copies of data files for each PAP for future reference as well as auditing purposes.
