Project Description:
- Land area:  348 m2 approximately

- Built up area: 5200 m2 approximately

- The project consists of:

1. They plan 3 basement levels. The basement levels will used solely as a garage space for cars, Using this system a ramp is not required- Water, Electricity and civil works

2. Above ground will be 12 levels (including the ground level).

3. Floors 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 will used for office space.

4. Floors 6, 7, 8, 9 will used for apartments.

5. The 10th and 11th floor will used for single unit rentals and facilities.

6. Finally, going back to the ground floor, they will require the vehicle elevator, one elevator to service the office floors, and one elevator to service the apartments. They will also need a small foyer as a security checkpoint. The remainder of the ground floor will be used for a small shop (60msq approximately) and meeting room (80msq).

3- Pre-final submission for construction drawings and documents
