Provision of technical expertise services in order to collaborate to the assessment procedures concerning the JOULE II programme achievements, in the domain of photovoltaic and rural photovoltaic energies. The purpose of the assessment was the evaluation of 16 projects, submitted in the framework of the JOULE II programme, in order to measure their technological, economic and social impact. The evaluation aimed to assess the:
conformity of the project to the objective of the original JOULE II Programme

exploitation and marketing potential.
