Description: Burkina Faso, Guinea, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique & Sierra Leone Metering And Loss Reduction Company Model Development in Sub-Saharan Africa. This contract concerns the MELCO model development activities and includes elements of (i) market and model identification for specific countries in the SSA region where this MELCO approach could gain traction; (ii) validating the appropriateness of potential utilities; (iii) a preliminary due diligence on the target utilities to establish an initial situation analysis and identify mitigating measures; (iv) developing an investment financial model for MELCO; and (v) providing technical input for the development of template contractual documents led by legal counsel, as a separate assignment.
