Description: Construction Contract to replace UPS batteries at the CDC Roybal Campus.

Building B23 (Uninterruptible Power Supply – UPS1) batteries are at the end of their service life or nearing the end of service life as indicated by the quarterly preventative maintenance testing/reports and observations of battery plates. The batteries will require replacement as they serve critical data, security, and BAS systems for Building 23. Inadequate battery capacity will affect the as-designed runtime and the ability to serve Building 23 electrical building loads during a planned or unplanned power outage. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work.
