Description: Air Cargo Charter Services for IOM South Sudan Operations. The Carrier shall provide for the proposed aircraft(s) the composition of minimum flight crew required as specified per company operations manual but shall not be less than authorized per type certificate of the proposed aircraft. Carrier shall perform the Services as an independent contractor. Carrier shall remain in control of their Aircraft and shall be responsible for navigation, operation and maintenance of the Aircraft, and that the flight crew and maintenance personnel shall at all times remain the servants of the Carrier.
