Description

Cambridge Education were commissioned by the Cambridge Learning Partnership to support their aim to provide high quality training for graduate trainees to qualify as teachers and fulfil the needs of secondary schools across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and West Norfolk.

The group asked us to deliver our ‘Making Good Teaching Outstanding’ course.  This highly practical and interactive course examines in detail how the “outstanding” inspection judgement is made and can be achieved.  Training services  aimed at senior leaders were also provided for their member schools, either directly, or working through providers such as Cambridge Education.

Delegate feedback included:

“Tutors' awareness of how to take trainees from good to understanding was achieved.  I will engage Cambridge Education in the future to work with absent colleagues and trainees.” (David Maynard, Director, May 2012)

“I am more confident about my interpretations in the light of today AND I have learned a lot of useful approaches. I'll be recommending [Cambridge Education] to schools I work with. Thank you.” (Trudi Miles, Graduate Teacher Programme, Norfolk, May 2012)
