Description

The project advised the Serbian Privatisation Agency (SPA) on implementing the government´s privatisation programme, specifically on its organisational development. The assignment included:

  • Establishing a department for marketing. Strengthening the marketing department in promoting the sales of the companies to be privatised
  • Drafting government regulations
  • Advising on privatisation
  • Support on the development of a procedure to deal with environmental liabilities in privatisation
  • Analysing in-depth the existing regional structures to deal with unemployment (active and passive employment policy)
  • Designing a concept to establish regional structures for coordination and implementation of employment measures
