Microsoft Spain hired Corporate Solutions-TenStep Unit to design and set up a Project Management Office (PMO) to design, implement, draft the procedures, processes, structure, organization, etc., for the Services Division, as well as training their Project and Engagement Managers within the firm in Spain, drafting a career path and assessing the skills and capabilities of the Project managers.

Services:

• Design and implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) to be replicated across Europe.

• Design the processes, methodologies, and discuss and approve them with stakeholders.

• Draft and design an Assessment system for the Project Managers, Engagement managers and similar jobs, and conduct assessment of 16 individuals

• Train on project and programme management and prepare them to pass the PMP certification.
