Assistance to large enterprises privatization

Client: Ministère des Participations et de la Promotion des Investissements (MPPI).

The objective was to prepare 15 Large Enterprises for privatisation and to accompany them during the privatisation process.

Company Valuation using the patrimonial method,

Elaboration of the Memoranda of Information.
