Construction of 'Municipal and Social Infrastructure Lot 1

The works contracts foresee the construction of 18 schemes located in 16 different municipalities. The detailed design and other technical documents contained in the Tender Dossier have been prepared under a separate Service Contract financed by the Contracting Authority. Geotechnical and soil condition elaborates as well as environmental impact assessments have been carried out and will be made available to the successful tenderer. The supervision of the works contracts will be performed by the engineering consultancy responsible for the design. The works are expected to be executed in accordance with the relevant European Standards, EU directives, applicable Engineering Norms and in due consideration of the technical specifications and design documents contained in the Tender Dossier.

1.3        Ranilug/Ranillug - Municipal Building;

1.4        Viti/Vitina - Municipal Building;

1.5        Kamenicë/Kamenica - Municipal Building;

1.6        Istog/Istok – School Building plus Sports Hall; 

1.7        Novo Brdo/Novobërdë – School Building plus Sports Hall; 

1.8        Hani i Elezit/Ðeneral Janković - Sports Hall for school;

1.9        Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje - Sports Hall for school;

1.10      Podujevë/Podujevo - Sports Hall for school;

1.11      Zubin Potok/ Zubinpotok - Health Centre;

1.12      Leposavić/Leposaviq – Municipal Sports Centre;

1.13      Štrpce/Shtërpcë - Cultural Centre.
