Preparation of Terms of Reference for the TA component of project BG 2004 016 919.04.01 and participation in the tender evaluation committee

This assignment was related to the Phare project BG 2004 016 919.04.01 “Development of in-service training centre network linked to the implementation and enforcement of theacquis” , financed under FM 2004. The project has two components – TA and supply contract. The focus of this assignment was the review and finalisation of Ready-for tendering ToR for Component 1 - Technical Assistance, and support in the evaluation process.

In general the services provided included assistance to the Beneficiary for the review and finalisation of the Terms of Reference for component 1.1. Technical Assistance of the project “Development of in-service training centre network linked to the implementation and enforcement of the acquis”.

The assistance of Expert 1 was provided via two missions. During the first mission the Expert assisted in the review and finalisation of Terms of Reference. At the third mission Expert 1 participated as an independent evaluator in the tender evaluation.

Expert 2 had two missions at the stage of the pre-qualification procedure and the tender evaluation.
