The overall objective of the project was to achieve compliance of the Phare administration and control authorities in Estonia with the relevant criteria allowing the Commission to grant EDIS.
The specific objective of the project was to assess and verify the readiness of Estonian Phare administration in meeting the EDIS requirements by completing the compliance audit of the Estonian Phare administration and control system.
