Description

Client: Province of Zuid-Holland.

The project consisted of several steps. The first was to make an overview of the development possibilities of clusters in the province of Zuid-Holland. Then the production requirements of each of these clusters were identified. Following from this it was possible to identify so called cluster ‘hot spots’ or locations that were most fit for these clusters to develop. Finally a plan was set up for the phased implementation of this demand for space, identifying which parties were responsible for which phase.
