Description

In the northeast of Turkey, situated on the Black Sea, lies Trabzon, a relatively isolated city with a official population of 240.000 people. Whereas the soccer club, called Trabzonspor, can compete with the country’s top five but is accommodated rather poorly, ECORYS Real Estate has been asked to perform a pre-feasibility study for a Dutch project development company, addressing the possibility for a new stadium, together with retail, hotel, residential and parking facilities.
