Description

ECORYS has carried out a social costs and benefits analysis (CBA) of implementing interoperability measures of harmonisation standards for international rail freight and passenger transport. The project consisted of:

  • The development of a traffic forecasts of international freight and passenger transport;
  • The development of a logit-model for international freight and passenger transport for calculating the model shift after implementing the Technical Specification of Interoperability (TSIs);
