TA to design Case Administration System for Civil and Criminal Cases in Malawi

The project aims at strengthening the democratic process and good governance in Malawi by supporting the improvement of legal framework, the delivery of justice, to improve the quality and speed of judgements as well as the access to effective and fair justice. The focus is also on the accountability and the transparency of institutions and processes, including the electoral process and the information and the empowerment of the population to gain effective access to its rights.

The objective of this Technical Assistance Contract is to provide two experts to assist the Judiciary, Department of Public Prosecutions (DPP) and Legal Aid Departments in designing of a Case Administration System for both the criminal and civil cases.
