The objective was to prepare a Note that would serve as a promotional tool for the ICT sector towards European investors. The aim has been to try and present the competitive advantages and position of Tunisia in relation to the countries to which it is currently compared, with the objective to supply foreign investors with key factors convincing them to invest in Tunisia.
