Short description: Mit der Vertrag soll für den Standort ein kompetenter Partner ermittelt werden, der durch eine professionelle Weiterentwicklung des gastronomischen Konzeptes die Gastronomie unter Berücksichtigung der konzeptionellen, gastronomischen Anforderungen wirtschaftlich effizient führen kann. Ziel ist es, die besonderen Anforderungen der GIZ, insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Thema Nachhaltigkeit, unter strikter Berücksichtigung der vorgegebenen Rahmenbedingungen zu erfüllen, um eine optimale Mitarbeiter*innen- und Gästeverpflegung zu gestalten.

Die Betriebsrestaurants im Mäanderbau und im Campus Forum verfügen über ca. 320 bzw. ca. 200 Sitzplätze.
Im Rahmen der Mittagsverpflegung werden am Standort Bonn vier Menülinien angeboten. Diese sollen wie folgt
ausgeprägt sein:
- 1 Linie vegan
- 1 Linie vegetarisch
- 1 Linie Fleisch- oder Fischgericht
- 1 Linie als GIZ-Menü

This contract is intended to identify a competent partner for the location who can run the catering trade in an economically efficient manner through professional further development of the catering concept, taking into account the conceptual, catering requirements. The aim is to meet the special requirements of GIZ, especially with regard to the topic of sustainability, while strictly taking into account the specified framework conditions, in order to design optimal catering for employees and guests.

The company restaurants in the meander building and in the campus forum have around 320 and around 200 seats respectively.
Four menu lines are offered at the Bonn location for lunch. These should be as follows
