Subject: Consultancy services in the area of courts management and administration, case-management by courts registries in Cyprus

Reference number: 2021/AO/04 CALL FOR TENDERS FOR CONSULTANCY

Contract description: maximum of six Providers (provided enough tenders meet the criteria indicated below) with a particular expertise in court administration and management, as well as in case management by registries, including issues such as organisational and governance structure, administrative processes, staffing, internal procedures and workflows, and statutory documents.

Tasks:

- Analyse the structure, arrangements and applied practices in courts (including registries) as well as other aspects relevant for the implementation of the Project;
- Map and evaluate administrative arrangements and related case-management processes in various courts;
- Draft documents such as analysis reports, recommendation reports, evaluation reports, roadmaps;
- Draft statutory documents for court services (such as statutes of court service, organigrams, flow charts) and bylaws;
- Elaborate and draft recommendations, conclusions, and/or proposals;
- Moderate / deliver presentations in round tables / workshops / trainings (or other events) to be held in person or online.
