Description: Work shall include demolition of one (1) existing two unit vault masonry toilet building, walkway and all associated features. Furnish and install one (1) Tioga CXT 2-unit vault toilet building or approved equal. The contractor is responsible for placement of CXT building order, all site preparation, coordination of CXT delivery and installation, all required access and clearances, design of accessible walkways and building/site layout, and install of new vault toilet building and concrete walkways. Contractor shall cut down two tree for access for toilet building install and proper functioning of the vault toilet technology. Stumps to be cut and ground down to grade level so as to not be a trip hazard. Contractor’s Design Proposal to include: building/site layout, elevation and grades for accessible concrete walkways and finish floor of new CXT vault toilet building, concrete walkway around new building, including backfill, base and subbase materials, concrete materials, and finish grades around walkways.
Design to include all pertinent data required to understand the quality of components, dimensional relationships, dimensions, integration with other materials, assembly techniques, structural aspects, tolerances, compaction requirements, sampling and testing, color, finish, texture, and other such characteristics as may be necessary to fully describe the finished product.
Contractor shall provide everything-including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision-necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. The Contractor shall assume all risk, loss, damage, or expense arising out of prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the specifications, drawings, and statement of work.
