Scope of Contract: Monitoring & Evaluation Services

The objectives of the assignment (Monitoring and Evaluation) are:

• To develop Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Strategy for (a) Sampling for surveys, (b Measuring and assessing the baseline, mid-term, 2nd midterm and end-term values for the outcomes and impacts indicators, and (c) for M&E of Sub-projects, and (d) progress & process monitoring of implementation of various project components and sub-components,
• To conduct the Baseline Survey for measuring the baseline values for the outcome and impact indicators and to encapsulate learning’s/ insights form baseline survey which will be helpful for project implementation
• To conduct six-monthly monitoring studies for progress & process monitoring of implementation of various project components and sub-components.
• To conduct the Mid-term Evaluation for assessing the change in output, outcome and impact indicators created due to project activities
• To conduct Thematic Studies on the emerging research topics to delve into the issues and assess the scenario and suggestions measures to improve project performance
• To conduct One 2nd Mid-term Survey for assessment of changes in outcome and impact indicators by 2nd mid-term stage
• To conduct the End-term Evaluation for assessing the change in output, outcome and impact indicators created due to project activities
