Description: Fire Alarm Upgrade, Phoenix Rearing Facility

Construction services to furnish and install a new, fully addressable fire alarm system per the final design documents prepared by Cushing Terrell, dated September 14, 2021. The existing fire alarm system shall remain operable at all times during construction. The contractor shall coordinate with the owner for phasing and any arrangements/procedures necessary during installation activities per the owner’s facilities guidelines. Once the new system is connected and in a functional state, the contractor shall coordinate the phased turnover approach with the owner and the Designer of Record.
