Chirnogeni wind farm

Client: S.C. ELECTRICA S.A.

Services: EXECUTION / Owner's or Lender's Engineer.

Tractebel Engineering is the Owner’s Engineer for the construction of the 50 MW Chirnogeni wind farm in the Dobrogea area, commissioned by S.C. ELECTRICA S.A.

The project includes the following activities:

Validation of wind measurements, wind studies, micrositing and all related documentation to ensure the project’s bankability.

Technical assistance to S.C. ELECTRICA S.A. for the pre-commencement activities.

Check of the project manager’s progress reports on the technical work.

Project supervision, from the Feasibility study stage to commissioning and thereafter for 12 months.

Follow-up of compliance with Romanians legal requirements in Romania on safety and construction, quality, health and environment, in all stages of the project.
