Objective: The CERV Contact Points in Luxembourg aims to inform citizens about the CERV Programme and to support the European Commission and the Executive Agency in its implementation. The Contact Point assists applicants, stakeholders and beneficiaries with respect to all aspects of the programme. It further aims to build transnational partnerships between entities who can complement each other. The CERV Contact Points thus promotes the programme on the national, regional and local levels, by providing information to potential applicants, maintaining a dedicated website, producing promotional material, using social media and videos, organising and attending information meetings, conferences, and workshops at local, regional and national level, and facilitating partner search. The Contact Point also supports stakeholder cooperation by reaching out to new organisations and underrepresented regions, developing co-operation with other EU funding programmes, and by providing information to beneficiaries on the Commission eGrants system. Finally, the Contact Point disseminates programme results in order to enhance the visibility and the impact of the CERV programme, by developing dissemination activities and providing citizens with information on the programme’s achievements, supporting the European Commission and Executive Agency with data and policy input regarding the potential of the CERV programme, and by ensuring a link with other EU information offices in the country in order to create synergies and to maximise the visibility of the Programme.
