Description

Client: Centre Hospitalier Chrétien.

Services: EXECUTION / Detailed Design / FEASIBILITY / Conceptual & Basic design (FEED).

The CHC (Centre Hospitalier Chrétien) decided to build a brand-new hospital in Glain, near Liège.

The new hospital will cover ca. 95,000 m² and include 760 beds, 150 places in day clinics, an emergency service, 16 operating theatres and all the related facilities. CHC intends to open the new hospital in 2017.

Tractebel Engineering is in charge of the engineering for:

Electrical heavy voltage installations.

Sanitary blocks.

Sewage networks.

Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

The assignment covers the Conceptual & Basic design (FEED) and the Detailed design of these technical installations.
