Contract description: The subject of the contract is to provide supervision services for construction of Rize Tea Research and Application Centre. In the scope of this contract, approximately 3 910 m of construction works will be supervised. Construction works include a pilot tea production facility and warehouse, a packaging facility, a tea waste recycling facility and warehouse, administrative building (including tea lab), complementary landscaping (retaining walls, roads, car parks, green areas, outdoor lighting).
