Construction of a five star hotel and commercial development in Khartoum. The architectural design and its elevation will make the building the most prominent landmark of the Sudanese capital.

Turnkey contract, design included. The complex consists of a five star hotel developed through 21 levels, a commercial mall with spaces for conference centre, offices and shops and of a car parking totalling approximately 45.000 square meters.

The hotel, with a total usable surface of 41.150 square meters, consists of 217 rooms, a presidential suite and 7 ministerial suites, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.

The complex includes also a conference room with a capacity of 600 seats, board rooms and business center with three meeting rooms, fitness and sport facilities, internal and external pools and pools bars.

The commercial mall is on three levels for a total of 4.000 sq.m.
